The Grandview Heights Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Aug. 12, at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 1525 Goodale Blvd. The session is scheduled to run until 8:30 p.m.

The board hears residential variance and zoning requests for single-family and small-format multifamily properties in the city's residential districts.

Specific cases on the Aug. 12 agenda were not yet publicly posted as of Aug. 4. The city posts agendas on its Agenda Center; residents should check for updates before the meeting.

The meeting is open to the public. Residents may attend to testify or observe. Those unable to attend can submit written comments on any pending case using the Public Comment Form on the city's Board of Zoning Appeals page.
